I'm an AI-enabled operations & systems leader who turns chaotic, manual processes into things that actually scale. Currently Client Success Manager at Stacked Commerce, and open to AI-enabled ops leadership roles — and yes, I'm still a Manchester United fan. (We don't talk about the last few seasons.)
I was born and brought up in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Moved to Sydney, Australia in January 2016 and spent five years there before relocating to Toronto in 2021 — which has been home ever since. Three countries, one consistent thread: figuring out how to make operations work better than I found them.
Professionally, I'm an AI-enabled operations leader. I obsess over broken workflows, missing reporting layers, and the kinds of systemic problems that quietly bleed revenue while everyone assumes someone else is handling it. I've led teams of 30, managed high-volume marketplace channels, and built reconciliation systems that turned 80% backlogs into clean pipelines.
Lately I've been going deeper into workflow automation and AI-assisted operations — not as a talking point, but as actual infrastructure. The kind that makes an ops team genuinely more capable, not just busier with different tools.
Currently Client Success Manager at Stacked Commerce, building AI-integrated systems for eCommerce brands. Open to the right AI-enabled ops leadership role.I don't patch symptoms. When something's broken, I trace it upstream until I find where it actually started. That might take longer on day one — but it means the fix actually sticks. Most "new" problems I see are old ones that got a band-aid and came back bigger.
High-pressure environments are where I do some of my best thinking. I came up managing high-volume operations where things went wrong constantly and at scale. The trick isn't to not feel the pressure — it's to not let it change how clearly you see the problem.
A great op shouldn't depend on one great person showing up every day. I build processes and reporting structures that work when I'm not in the room — because that's what actually scales. If a system requires constant heroics to function, it's not a system. It's a dependency.
I'm not here to sprinkle AI on top of things and call it transformation. I use it to actually reduce manual work, speed up analysis, and make operations teams more capable. The measure is always: does the output improve? If not, the tool is wrong or the implementation is.
I'd rather surface a hard truth early than let a bad situation compound quietly. I'm not confrontational — but I'm also not the person who says everything is fine when it isn't. Leaders make better decisions with accurate information, and I think it's my job to provide that.
Working with eCommerce brands to design AI-integrated operational systems — Amazon brand lifecycle management, automated reporting workflows, and scalable ops infrastructure. Focus on making manual processes disappear so teams can focus on what actually matters.
Owned marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other major retail channels. Led a team of 6, cut backlog by ~80%, resolved systemic revenue leakage, and built KPI and SLA reporting frameworks that gave leadership actual visibility into how the business was performing.
Led reconciliation ops across high-volume transaction environments. Automated workflows that improved process efficiency by ~95%, reduced backlog 80%, and sped up reconciliation by 50%. Built the team (12 people), implemented SOPs, and got things audit-ready.
Led a team of 30 across multiple ops functions at one of Australia's biggest eCommerce platforms. SLA management, workflow execution, peak demand operations. Drove productivity through structured performance management and process improvement — learned a lot about how ops breaks at scale.
First role in Australia. Supported operational workflows and client reporting, improved data accuracy and process consistency across a fast-paced client services environment. Good foundation, moved quickly from here.
Started in BPO and call center ops in Dhaka. Transitioned to freelance operations work via Upwork from 2011. This is where the root-cause, figure-it-out-under-pressure mentality got built — before moving to Australia in 2016.
Whether it's a RevOps challenge, an AI ops conversation, or just a good chat about football — I'm open. Based in Toronto, remote-friendly, and generally pretty responsive.
Not looking to be pitched to. Very much looking to solve real problems with real people.
